There are many talented and accomplished black female volleyball players. Here are some notable players:

1. Flo Hyman: Hyman was a trailblazer for black volleyball players. She played for the US national team in the 1980s and was a silver medalist in the 1984 Olympics. Hyman passed away in 1986 during a match in Japan.

2. Misty May-Treanor: May-Treanor is one of the most successful volleyball players in history. She won three Olympic gold medals (in 2004, 2008, and 2012) and won numerous other international competitions. May-Treanor is of African-American and Cuban descent.
